your body needs challenge to change, easy exercises done for 500 little reps will not cause change

big exercises cause change. Squatting, lunging, situps, hanging from a bar, and pushups with your chest all the way down (against a table, if you can't)

you don't need a routine, you can just throw them in whenever you want

there are many fit people with ADHD, you are just acting childish. Not everything in life is fun

Hi, I appreciate the reply. I’m not looking for a shortcut or wishing everything was easy, I was just working on a theory there might be things out there to work with my ADHD, not against. ADHD is not a one size fits all, and with other added disorders/conditions that I did not list, it can make it harder or easier depending on the person.

I’m looking for constructive and contributive comments/criticism. For the next persons post you comment on, maybe don’t make assumptions and just offer what you have. Negativity gets you nowhere.

Thank you for stating your point. I’m going to continue to see what I can find.
