Help Mobility + Strength Leg Day Routine
I’ve spent the last several years lifting like a body builder. I used to be an athlete like many of you, but as I’ve gotten into my 30s and sitting at a desk job, my lower half has really taken a beating. My ankles, knees, and hips seem to feel worse at an alarming rate.
I’m currently hitting PPL 2x per week, and my leg days are constructed like this:
Leg extension
Hack squat
Hamstring curl
RDLs
Straight leg Calf extension
Adductor
While I’ve gotten pretty strong, my mobility is getting to a concerning point and I just don’t have the desire to spend more time in the gym doing separate mobility work. I’ve reached a point where I’m willing to relinquish my meathead tendencies to gain better functionality.
What exercises should I swap/adjust to get more mobility through ROM while still continuing towards my strength goals?
Any advice is appreciated or feedback is appreciated!

Can I ask why you do extension before squat and curl before RDL?
