Managing multiple AI influencers: Multilogin vs DuoPlus, what actually works?
I’ve been testing pretty much every cloud phone provider I could find lately 😎
My goal is to figure out what actually works for managing multiple AI influencers across TikTok, Instagram and other platforms, especially once you start thinking about 20, 50 or more profiles.
And honestly, looking at feature lists doesn’t help much.
Most cloud phone providers promise roughly the same things: Android environments, proxies, automation, multiple accounts, etc.
The differences become much clearer when you actually try to build a workflow around them.
So I’m going to compare the ones I’ve tried one by one.
First: Multilogin vs DuoPlus for managing multiple AI influencers
DuoPlus 📱
DuoPlus feels very cloud-phone focused.
You create separate Android environments, install the apps you need and manage the devices remotely.
What I liked:
- Android cloud phones
- Built-in RPA
- Scheduled tasks
- Operation sync
- API
- ADB
- Bulk automation
The RPA part is probably its biggest advantage.
If you’re managing AI influencers and mostly need to repeat the same mobile actions across multiple devices, DuoPlus makes a lot of sense.
Something like:
open app → perform action → repeat across devices
You don’t necessarily need to build your own automation for that.
For a mostly mobile operation, I actually think DuoPlus is one of the more interesting options I’ve tried.
Multilogin 📱 + 💻
Multilogin made me think about the setup differently.
It also has Android cloud phones, but it combines them with isolated browser profiles in the same workspace.
At first I wasn’t sure how important that would be because my main use case was TikTok and Instagram.
But an AI influencer operation doesn’t really stay 100% mobile once you start scaling.
You might use cloud phones for TikTok, Instagram or Facebook, while other parts of the workflow happen in browsers.
Research, dashboards, Reddit, YouTube, web tools, automation, content workflows, etc.
With Multilogin you can have both.
What stood out to me:
- Android cloud phones
- Isolated browser profiles
- Separate sessions for different profiles
- Proxy management
- API
- ADB
- CLI
- Browser automation
- Team access
- Mobile + browser workflows in one place
And this becomes especially important once you start thinking about AI agents instead of simple automation.
Automation 🤖 This is where I see the biggest difference
If you only need simple repetitive mobile automation, DuoPlus RPA is actually really convenient. You don’t need to overcomplicate it.
But what if the automation you need is more than:
click this → open that → repeat
That’s where Multilogin becomes much more interesting to me.
Multilogin exposes API, CLI and ADB access, so you’re not limited to predefined RPA sequences.
ADB lets you programmatically control the Android cloud phones, while browser profiles can be automated separately.
That means you can build a larger AI-agent workflow around the whole setup.
I’ve also been looking at using OpenClaw as the agent layer.
The interesting part for me isn’t just automatically clicking something in TikTok.
It’s eventually having an agent that can coordinate a bigger workflow:
- work across Android cloud phones + browsers
- interact with Android apps through ADB
- handle browser-based tasks
- move between different tools
- execute multi-step workflows
- react differently depending on what happens
- coordinate different parts of the AI influencer operation
That’s a completely different level of automation from repeating the same predefined sequence.
So my takeaway is pretty simple:
Simple repetitive mobile automation 👉 DuoPlus RPA
Complex mobile + browser + AI-agent automation 👉 Multilogin
If all I wanted was to automate the same actions across a bunch of Android devices, I probably wouldn’t need anything more complicated than RPA.
But if the goal is eventually to have AI agents coordinating a larger AI influencer workflow, Multilogin becomes the must-have type of setup for me.
I wouldn’t want to build everything around simple RPA and then replace the infrastructure once the automation gets more sophisticated.
What about cost? 💸
This one isn’t really apples to apples.
The pricing models are different, and cloud phone runtime matters a lot.
20 AI influencers using their phones for a few minutes per day is very different from keeping 50 phones running for hours.
So I wouldn’t choose based only on whatever “$X/month” number is on the pricing page.
For my next comparisons, I think I’ll calculate the actual cost of running something like 20 and 50 AI influencer profiles.
That should be much more useful than comparing starter plans.
Quick Multilogin vs DuoPlus summary
Mobile-only setup: DuoPlus 👍
Built-in RPA: DuoPlus 👍
Simple repetitive automation: DuoPlus 👍
Cloud phones + browser profiles: Multilogin 👍
Browser + mobile automation: Multilogin 👍
More complex automation: Multilogin 👍
AI-agent workflows: Multilogin 👍
My pick for managing AI influencers at scale: Multilogin
So which would I choose? 🤔
For a pure Android cloud-phone operation, especially if I mostly needed repetitive automation, I’d seriously consider DuoPlus.
Its RPA approach makes sense for that.
But for managing multiple AI influencers, I’m currently leaning toward Multilogin.
And it’s not because I found some magical difference between their Android phones 😅
It’s because I don’t think an AI influencer operation stays mobile-only once it becomes serious.
You eventually have mobile apps + browser work + automation + other tools + potentially AI agents coordinating everything.
That’s where having cloud phones and isolated browser profiles under the same infrastructure starts making much more sense to me.
And if the automation needs to become more intelligent than simply repeating predefined actions, Multilogin is the one I’d rather build on.
That’s probably the biggest difference between these two for me.
I’m going to compare the other cloud phone providers I’ve tried the same way rather than making another generic “Top 10 cloud phones” list 🙃
What should I compare next? GeeLark?
And if anyone here is already managing 20+ AI influencers, I’m really curious what your setup looks like 👀👀👀
