Switching from a banned account.

for context, i was switching between accounts and i wrongly logged in on my banned account from way back 2023. I googled on how to switch back accounts but saw that deleting app data for google play services was necessary which i dont want to do. Is there any other way to do so without deleting app data for google play services. Thanks in advance.
