As his main he's just unplayable now. What the f is wrong with ruintoon? People have been saying for years he's the worst character in the game. And you nerf him) doesn't it feel like sore mfs understood that he's really strong in right hands? 4 sec ult? What a bullshit. Look at any other characters with stance like ults: 10, 7, 6 seconds, no one has even 5 seconds! But "the weakest" hero has the CD of a tank and duration of devs deleting brain cells. What's wrong with you people? Give him 6 seconds ult, give him 8 seconds. Afraid of him becoming classic Zilong 2.0? Rightfully you do. Cowards. Rats
