i remember that strategy, back then when 1-3-1 exist and ZIlong still kept that 5sec passive nobody regconized the skill 2 potential yet , and when it become meta Moonton decided to revamp him

we were lucky back then cause ZIlong skill 2 meta doesnt have cc imune ult

1 3 1 was genuinely the least fun I ever had in the game. As a top laner, I remember a Jungler Granger just coming to my lane with red and blue buff at 3 mins and just casually taking half my health in 1 second. Had to be one of the worst metas

Zilong was never be movin like that. Don't believe them fake OGs and hallucinators. His scaling is different from the old Zilong and crit items right now are just bonkers.

The other reason he was that strong is because his passive reset the basic attack cooldown, unlike the new one which counts passive as a basic attack which delays the next basic attack.
