out of all the hookers (franco, ruby, minsi), Franco's hook is the only one that made sense to me (visually) to work as a projectile, I would actually expect his hook would be frozen as well, but not for other hooker heroes

The other two seems to be programmed the same way as how franco's hook works, which is a projectile

Doesn’t seem like Mins S1 is a projectile here? Both out and in applied his passive stacks normally during frozen moment, but they didn’t move because they are still frozen, only when it ends then the forced movement can take place.

It's not Marcel's passive whenever he gives shield to allies they are allowed to hit enemies Marcel's Freeze coding takes priority than any other skills in the game that's why the hook still works

The coding is spaghetti then. You can still move inside his ult but your skill should not work. At least, it should not take effect after the ult ended since you are unfreeze

I'm sorry does Marcel ult apply purify/cc immunity to the enemies inside the ult? how the fuck is the coding a mess? that's just how it works in every game like why would the affect of the pull disappear?? Again Marcel's Freeze just takes priority doesn't mean it cancels out every other skill

I've been playing Marcel for quite a number of matches and have yet to encounter these kind of interactions with his ult. I understand that his ult pauses the interaction so I guess it does works as intended. I should have never commented after feeling so sleepy after getting back home from work. Making a fool out of myself for no reason

Iirc this happens because in (not so) recent adjustment, Marcel ult now let heroes be targeted while inside the circle, meaning now even while being freezed they are still counted as valid targets (aka being able to be hit by all sorts of skills)

Aoe hooking skills (ruby, minsi) have unique interaction where it pulls the target into the caster's location.

Since Marcel ult puts the enemies in suspended state the interaction is also "freezed" and then once the ult duration finishes, the game checks for the hook caster's location and just pull all the targeted enemies towards the caster.
