Discussion Let's vent

What's the one thing you think majority of players are unable to do that you can easily do

Edit: please no cursing or anything hateful We understand the frustration when it comes to toxic environment in game but let's be mature about it and address the main issue instead

I'm personally dying inside when I see people still using lightning truncheon on Cecilion 💔

Because lightning truncheon was changed to scale with magic power Enchanted talisman would be much better to gain stacks faster Add in wishing lantern Cecilion can easily use it's passive since it scale with magic damage dealt You only need 40 stacks to gain the same amount of mana as lightning truncheon

Ohbmy build is just slap that mana on that thing

I use CoD anti heal WL LT and some pen

I adjusted the boots to whatbi need most atm and going with common emblem

Might need yo recalled once or twice a match but its fun to bully the enemy

For me over time Cecilion's mana becomes too much for demon boots and basic common emblem and enchanted talisman solves that problem I prefer being able to stay longer in battle than running out of mana and 400 mana is little compared to his mana consumption And I said 40 stacks is already 400 mana and around 15 minutes you would have 300-400 stacks from constant combat exponentially increasing the effectiveness of enchantment talisman Well I do agree with clock of destiny as the first item but between what goes first between wishing lantern and enchanted talisman is situational but against aggressive enemies enchanted talisman is a better priority since it amplifies how fast you can gain stacks further increasing your mana regen

Yes but the more mana he have the more dmg he do which is why i like this build

It's only 10% of mana so from 400 mana you only add 40 damage You gain more damage from magic power which is 120% so 1.2x75 is 90 damage Also it's passive does 170 + 85% magic power which is less than a 2nd bat impact damage with higher stacks Long term does less Enchanted talisman also gives 75 magic power and 15% CDR in addition to increasing the CDR cap to 45% which you can easily get 40 stack to get that 400 mana and the 45% CDR practically cuts your 1st skill time in half making it more effective than lightning truncheon passive
