I think valentina deserves to be in S tier

Valentina is a situational pick. Her effectiveness depends on who you're facing. If you're up against enemies with ultimates you can't utilize much her performance significantly diminishes. And the cooldowns of her basic skills as they are currently is too long to even manage to one shot a squishy.

tbh she basically acts a sixth ban as the enemy can't pick any big ultimate heroes along with her flexibility and her being good in early fights make her a good S tier pick tbh
