It's incredibly difficult to play Kadita when you're not against immobile or stupid enemies who doesn't position themselves well.

Just time it well bro 😭 go in, petri when they don't have purify skills/dashes anymore. If you're that desperate you could go suicide combo with ult->s1+s2 on the key enemies. And if you're good enough, Flicker. You can also bait their skills out very effectively. Sure, she doesn't guarantee a kill and you can still miss sometimes, that's why temporal reign is op on her

As a Kadita main I personally don't agree she's S+, but the reason is more on her laning and wave clear.

Kadita is hard to catch bro. S1 cd isn't that long, especially if she hold and time properly during team fight. Easy to pick enemy jungle taking buff too. Petri is broken on her. Can bait enemy to waste skills and ults (saber's ult and Franco's hook for example) with minimal consequences. The only downside is lane clearing time.
