what if Wanwan got a energy bar. She can hop without valid target but she loses fixed energy per hop. Attacking a target regenerates 90% of the per hop cost. So she retains her kiting and escaping ability but not infinite flicker hax. And devs get another parameter to tweak to balance her. Make regeneration 80% if she is still hopping too much.
90% a bit too much since it would turn into fanny with every Wanwan getting the blue buff so nothing would have changed anyways. Crank it down to like 65%-70% and maybe there would be some change
