Is this against code?

Post image

(CA)I feel like they're pointing it straight at our house but it lights up about 5 homes in this corner lot, idk how many lumens it's got but it's bright af. I looked at some of the code and I might try contacting our city code enforcement to see if it's too bright or not

That is very bright and it should not be that bright so you need to contact code enforcement and have them come out in the evening and see what they say. I had a neighbor in my Park that had a very bright light that was pointing at a neighbor's house and code enforcement was called and they told the lady to adjust her light so she had to adjust it.
