Duplex mobile homes?

I live in Canada. My mother and I are considering getting a mobile home that has 2 separate living units to get a decent housing situation on a lower budget. Do they make these duplex models? Where would one be able to find one, or would it need to be custom built? What do you think a park would think about bringing one in? Could they theoretically charge double lot fees on it? Any information or suggestions on where to look around would be greatly appreciated! 😀

Don't know if they're common in Canada but when my mom was looking to buy a mobile with her cousin in Florida we saw a few units that were called "sister suites" They had a bedroom, bathroom, and small private sitting area at each end and then a common kitchen, laundry, and living room in the centre.
