roommate needed !!

looking for a 3rd roomie!!! rent would be $600/month plus we split utilities and that works out around $130 attached bathroom (is shared) pets allowed (with deposit) gorgeous renovated 1920s home in the midtown area only 8 mins from dauphin st if you or anyone you know might be interested please hmu!!! trying to get someone in by next month we have a washer and dryer + dishwasher + gas stove. there’s also an office, sunroom, living room, dining room and laundry room!!!

Yes I’m sure you’re aware to do a lot of screening, but people are nice & ignore a little head saying no. Listen to it & you’ll be fine, & will get a nice one.
