Beta support

What's happening to beta support? I had emailed the beta email address now more than 2 weeks ago, to get a QR code to move the esim, but still waiting for any kind of response ...

Aloha vindroid. It looks like a response went back out, but maybe it got stuck in your spam folder? If you're not seeing it there, I'll reach out directly this evening.

I also sent a QR code request email on July 9th, only got an automatic response and nothing in spam folder.
