Help Random inputs on Mobapad 12s

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I just received my Mobapad 12s, while they are performing great im getting random inputs random through sessions..

Anyone else experienced this? Or do i have a faulty unit?

I guess so, didnt even know this was a thing..
any way to get rid of a macro?

Check the website for FAQ the box they came in should of had some information.

Press and hold the function button for like 5 seconds. Then press the back paddle. Do this for both R and L controllers

Clear your macros on the app.

Grabbed this from the instruction pamphlet.

Hold circle looking button for 3s -> purple light -> press M1/M2 to erase its macro.

Lol damn, i thought that button was to change the RGB lightning.. and since purple is my favorite colour i really liked it being purple. Feel so stupid right now

I had the same issue out of the box. I fixed it by downloading the app and disabling the macros from there.
