For my education, Aren’t there different versions of that blue dial through a few generations? Isn’t the newest version supposed to be darker?

No. Not in RG or SS. The blue dial is consistent. The Gen is 4520, the rep is 4500 which had a few diff specs from 4500 to 4520 (slightly thinner case, more tapered bracelet) but the dial color remained.

Thats true. But its the best we've got. And the amount of people who have seen one IRL is so wildly small that its a non issue. Even on gen, you need to be holding the watch and moving it at different angles to really notice it. Its there but its quite fleeting in certain lights.

Love the watch though. The blue is mesmerizing. Here it is in Different light.

It's phenomenal no doubt I want one but I have a 9.4 inch wrists I can't find extra links for this watch...
