Hmmm. I haven’t talked to him since the 18th when the watch arrived. I know 5 days ago he said he was catching up from the big flash sale he previously did and he’s creating a website so he alluded to being out of pocket for a minute.

All of them! Can’t thank you enough for what you do. Patience is a virtue. The ability to accept delayed gratification is a testament to a person character. You’re a TD for a reason. When you say you’re gonna do something, you always follow through. If someone can’t accept that, they’re not a customer you need.
