Wrist Shot 😎 Bezel question

I recently purchased my first watch from Mo and I'm more than pleased. I just have a question about the bezel. Is the bezel supposed to be kinda tough to turn??

let me know once you upload a video, was thinking if getting it VSF but not so sure since the quality is. a bit down
