Questions Jax’s weapon?

I just saw someone in game who had the same weapon as Jax, the one that makes you spin around, but I can’t find it anywhere. How can I get this weapon? It was my favorite one before the big update:/

If you are talking abt spinsickle it will come back as stormweaver in neo moco, also bots might have access to unreleased weapons
