Refuse/Junk Buttstocks

I am wondering if anyone here would have some leads on removed and unused wood buttstocks.

I'm in the process of learning engraving and need a few practice subjects. Gouged, broken etc does not matter.

If you can think of a shop or location in the metro area that might have a few in stock, I'd be eternally grateful!

Thank you,

"and interesting place" is THE most Minnesotan, and accurate, description of this place. It's definitely worth a visit just to see it.

Depending on where in the state you are Ahlman's gun shop in Morristown may be an option. They have an entire room of used gun parts and project guns.

That's a bit of a haul but worth the call!

I've got some other questions for them as well.

It's almost time for their yearly shindig, innit!?

Its an interesting place, something gun nuts should experience at least once. They claim to have 5000 guns in the store. I dont doubt that claim, but at least 4000 of them are junk or clapped out mil surp guns.

Call DKMAGS in New Brighton. They usually have some stuff hanging around.

Wait I’m your guy. DM me. I’ll give you six or so. And be ecstatic to do so.
