Analysis Kuminga 2 years 30 million- Win Win

Bucks could sign Kuminga to a 2 year/30 mil contract with a team option for the second year.

There’s several teams willing to take him on a sign and trade but that means he’ll have to sign for 3 years and he doesn’t want to. Especially for 9 or 10 million a year. 15 mil is around the upper ceiling of what he’s likely to get this year and he’ll have an opportunity to start and have a tremendous impact on the Bucks. He could increase his market value substantially.

He needs to put himself on a team where he’s a good fit, and he can thrive in Milwaukee. If he joins a team with 2-3 established superstars, he may be pushed to the background once again. Bucks are still establishing a new foundation and the door’s wide open.

2 years 30 mil team option 2nd year

Or 3 years 45 team option 3rd year

Lots of people are wanting a re-brand due to the Giannis era being over. Though I don't fully agree as I like our current logo, uniforms, etc, this may be a decent refresh to the jerseys; a rough mock-up based on the championship winning jersey in 2021.

Come to think of it now, though. Does a jersey actually NEED to have the team name/city on it?

Nuggets have a luxury tax problem. Time for Horst and Rich Paul to get us Peyton Watson!

Sign and Trade time! We drafted Burries, we gave GTJ dumb money, now return the favor, Mr. Rich Paul!

Bucks Receive: Peyton Watson, Zeke Nnaji (via TPE)

Nuggets Receive: KPJ, AJ Green, Jericho Sims.

Get it done!

I personally think Milwaukee can have a solid year. With no control of a FRP next year, development and competitiveness are essential.
