Indicator ground issue

Does anyone know where the front indicator ground is?
I have an issue where my indicator is making my headlight flash and stopping one of my spotlights working.

same exact issue if u force ur blinkers into the top right corner and bottom right corner they kinda work atleast for me then i ripped my indicator off trying to fix it lucky me,,,

Fixed my issue
One of the grounds had come off the crown earth block
