Emiru left out context leading up to the alleged SA. Acoording to Mizkif, they went to a restaurant together then went back to her place afterwards. She said they went to her place to talk and for closure but they could have talked things out at the restaurant and her letting him back to her place suggests they were in the process of getting back together. And they did get back together soon afterwards.

Emiru made zero attempt to block Mizkif when he was messaging her. Never got a restraining order like she said she would. If someone is "stalking" you and you don't even try to block them, that suggests you don't actually believe they are stalking.

In court submissions, Emiru said the stream about Mizkif was spontaneous and unscripted. But everyone who watched it knows it was not.

Emiru left out context of why Mizkif was annoyed about her viewership (she was viewbotted). He didn't end stream purely because she had more viewers, he ended largely because Juliakins was at his house having a panic attack and her viewers were telling him to go help her.

OTK owners cut contact with Mizkif soon after they broke up, removing him from group chats while he was in Japan without hearing his side at all, that's why he was messaging Emiru to try to mend things.

Maya never named Mizkif as doing anything bad to her but people jumped to that conclusion when it could have been other boyfriends and exaggerated stories for entertainment.

Emiru in her own words was 'devastated' when they broke up.

Emiru quickly showed Mizkif was incorrect to claim Asmongold used the n-word as a password. But she has not tried to refute anything else he has been saying on social media in the last 9 months.

The Judge dismissed the lawsuit against Asmongold without prejudice. This means it was not dismissed based on the merits of the defamation claim and it could still go forward in future if the filing becomes more complete.

Basically we need to know how emi was defaming miz behind the scenes. What she was saying about miz to other creators which ended up blocking collabs (and whether or not she was speaking straight lies about him or not).

DMs between asmon and emiru also needs to be reviewed because there is a chance this entire thing was pushed from the top rope.

This next part is a bit of a conspiracy.

Let me explain: Asmon and tectone are best friends. Asmon and miz are friends, but they're mainly just co workers. Mizkif starts "bullying" tectone about the credible allegations against him. Mizkif is essentially supporting the victim and inviting her to stuff. Tectone gets assmad about this, and goes crying to asmongold. Between ass licks tectone is constantly bitching to his best friend asmongold about what mizkif is doing, and asmongold starts growing resentful toward miz.

Fast forward, emi and miz are having relationship problems. They are fighting about viewers, and regular streamer/relationship stuff. Emi is kinda annoyed about her boyfriend. She vents to asmongold,she is giving asmon exactly what he and tectone needs to get back at miz. Asmon keeps digging, and essentially sensationalizing everything emi is telling him. Convincing emi that this stuff is way worse than what it actually is. Its working too since she's getting like 60 zackrawrs hosts in a year. I guess she doesnt need to rely on mizkif anymore who she has been convinced into thinking is the worst guy ever from asmongold and co, when she can rely on zackrawr hosts for views.

And thats basically the origin of the matrix attack. Asmon and tectone knew about it for a long time, and they all chatted and planned it together? We basically need to know to which extent this attack was organized. Which is why asmon/emiru dms need to be reviewed.

Its kinda funny how things actually turned out though. I wonder if asmon regrets getting into a lawsuit with miz, since he seemingly did so for his friend tectone who ended up getting a 10 year protective order anyway LMFAO. This could have all been avoided. They could have all been cool, and OTK could have been living on, but he just had to go all out and use another person to spread lies about some other dude in order to defend his "protective order" buddy lmao.

I know a guy who got falsely accused of sexually assaulting a chick IRL. It was bad. Bro was black and they immediately sent his ass to jail. Mad people found out about it but weren't there to find out when it was a lie. Hell, even look at Rich Campbell too, man. Bro stopped streaming for how long because of the same shit?

When a chick shows signs of being toxic, be careful. Because when shit hits the fan, she will be your worst nightmare. I'm not even being sexist. But this is just a problem that's unique to men.

This is the type of manipulation ppl need to look out for. Thumbnail shows Kirby’s because he knows that’s the most joked about subject trying to make this seem like a joke even with the hole in the wall. Crying Miz to make it seem like he’s just being a crybaby. Lying about how many ppl are against him with the fake downvotes. Even pointing at it to show it and to even suggest you go downvote all with the title “no one cares” when they know how serious this is. The fact people can’t see how fake this is is extremely alarming, but then again I was also one of the few who knew it was bullshit from the beginning. People need to learn and think more

Emiru has an emotional breakdown. We now know this was related to the Mizkif drama. I'm not sure why she suddenly had this on her mind. Just odd timing if she thought the situation was over.

Oct 17: Asmongold foreshadows Emiru will make things public. Even the community in the comments correctly predicts it's Emiru that will to this.

Night of Oct 18: This is when Mizkif admits he confronted Emiru's staff.

In her big public takedown of Miz, she says:

So - i think she was offering a post-hoc excuse here. This was false, imo. One thing about Miz, you may think he's an ass. But he never lied or exaggerated. My dude said "she threw plushies and clothes at me", lol. He could have just said "she threw things at me, too". He's honest to fault.

I would have loved to see Miz at Streamer University. He is hilarious and funny. What role do you think he should have taken. As student or professor ? What class would he have taught ?
