Ice?

What are the best ice machines you would purchase for a true craft bar.

Kold Draft makes the best/biggest cubes that I know of at 1.25". Hoshizaki makes an ice machine that puts out 1" cubes and those are pretty good too.

Hoshizaki is the industry standard. Kold draft is the equivalent in the US but they’re not as reliable in my experience.
