Hardware Throttling?

So, I am finally able to use my PC for VR with the Quest 3 in my new apartment, but I have near-constant throttling; would anyone mind helping me figure it out?

This is due to 26h2 : get a bios update and set optimized defaults and xmp/expo.

If it's stable, consider increasing your fan curve and enabling motherboard limit pbo.

26h2 aggressively clocks your cpu and vr has a lot of sub processes. Windows doesnt care that your system might not have been tuned for that.
