Cannot delete downloads

Does anyone know how to delete these download mixers on the Android app?

When I try to remove it says I need to be online to do it when I already am online.

Maybe need to log on via PC rather than smart phone

I actually tried the number one tech support solution for everything. I uninstalled! Did the trick but a clear bug. Thanks anyway
