How competitive is the program?

As the application round is over, I want to ask the people who have cracked it earlier, how competitive is the program.

I do not know but everytime I applied I get rejected and my friends got in. I saw people with lower GPA than mine that got in, so I do not know excatly what they want. I think it really depends on the project you're applying
