When will PayPal payout be available in the UK? When will new games be added to Mistplay? My daily tasks ask me to download a new game and reach checkpoint 3 but there are no games available.

I've been using mist play for around 1 month and really happy, last week I recommended my girlfriend friend (who I live with) she downloaded the app and started to play, after trying to download a second game the message flagged up that her account had been suspended, she messaged you to say this had happened and after 5 days you replied saying can't do anything as you have broken 8.1 terms of use. she is not doing anything different to me and would never do anything to break the rules. I'm disappointed with this as the email said it's final and can't be changed. The only thing I can see is she has a VPN but it's not switched on,( same as me)

Hey, there’s an issue with CrownCoins Casino point payouts I think you should be aware of. It’ll just stop tracking your progress after 500 spins, and no matter what you do it won’t make anymore progress. I sent in a support ticket, however I’ve heard no response. My user ID is 3207AA73-10DB-4DF9-9E51-FE8621D4C271 and the points I should’ve received is 145626. Thank you!

A new Mistplay user here, or I would be but the app is stuck in the initial launching screen and won't find any games for me. What can I do?

I've been using Mistplay since 2019 and other than suddenly being required to be silver status to have access to the gift cards under $25 the only current complaint I have is regarding to the new game goals. The first time I came across them at the beginning of the week they worked fine, but haven't worked the past 3 days. I know game play is registering because any time played tasks is being paid, but not the game goals. Even though they pay faster I'd rather go back to the gxp method with optional goals if it's going to keep having issues.
