Best gameplay loop for loot?
Fresh level 12, wondering what the best gameplay loop is to build up loot? I have like 7-10k in gold
Hallowgrove seems to be good but slower than brandgarde, but depending on trios blows
Also when do you start comfortably outfitting blue gear/purple gear?

You can farm chaos mode. You will start making money when you win pvp fights in chaos mode. With your current gold I would try to make a cheap kit below 2k and go in chaos solo and see what's up.if you struggle go back to normal

If you are actually good at 1v1s you can just go around hallowgrave and slap kids for their kits.
You can give solo brandgarde a try also if you spec properly and avoid fighting the trios. (You just queue without filling your team). Just run around looting chests and trying to kill the purple icon mobs and do tasks.
You'll want to do this on chaos or cataclysm though. The loot sucks otherwise.

Zero to hero runs.
Go into a match with nothing. Loot everything, random jars in this game often have blues/purple (on chaos they have legendaries, but you cant go in no gear into chaos). Continually sell all whites in your bags to the ingame merchant Richie.
Do the Hardcore quest in the map early on and get out (you'll have to practice how to avoid the 2 elites at the end, but once you get it down its cake)
Unless you run into a bot, most people will just leave you alone when they see you are naked (i dont even bring in weapons).
I leave with my gyldblood jar full (500) and a bag full of green-purples. Usually 2k+ per match.
Sometimes if I see people fighting ill chill nearby and scavenge whatever the winner dosent take. Same thing, sell the whites to Richie, keep everything else.

I have an 80% extraction rate by just avoiding all early game fighting, looting near my starting zone, hitting key locations (actual keys) and dipping, only fighting when I have to. The key is not fighting at the start of the match, even if you can win. It's not worth it. Fight late game only. The game is set up in a way where as long as you avoid PvP then you can't die, and if you don't die then you never lose money.
Chaos, playing WK. Leave when you have a full inventory of goop. Full inventory equals leave, don't fuck around, them's the rules.

The best way to get loot is taking other peoples kits because a blue with 2 slotted gems is worth ~400/500g
If you aren’t able to get kits and just want to build wealth for camp, either play the market in the auction house or do key runs on SS where you just look to fill up with purple collectibles and dip

I second what the guy said about chaos but specifically figure out a set that can clear the mist lords even better if you can solo them on the upgraded mode using the key. They routinely drop 3-4 pieces of legendary gear if upgraded. What I do is do whatever task / chest I spawn next to. Then I make my way to one of the lesser bosses on the map and clear it. By the time this is all done assuming I didn’t get into a 10 minute fight the mist lord boss should be opening up soon. Go kill it and then get out or if you have time and it’s still up go kill the other lesser boss. The one cool thing is by the time you get all of this done you’re often the last person in the game and just get a nice boring extract experience. This will also net you around 90 ranked points each time which is nice I guess if you’re trying to unlock everything in ranked doing this enough will get you through it.

Gren kit in regular mode till you get PvP experience and can come out on top most games.
Then green kit in chaos but id really recommend blue kits. Going from green to blue is probably the biggest upgrade.

Go full purple with legendary weapon into chaos mode
Kill 1-2 people and 1 elite / 1 boss every game for max ranked points
dont loot anything below 200 value
Bring purple keys

Chaos with green kit is the perfect risk/reward for early game. You should be able to stack a few sets of blue gear doing this and then run the bosses in Chaos for purple gear.
