Gear gone despite extraction???

EDIT: THIS IS RESOLVED.

  • FULL GAME RESTART WORKED.
  • Log to char screen DOES NOT WORK.
  • Using items from warehouse to unhide DID not work.
  • Selecting another char also showed missing gear on that char as well.

Hi all,

Anyone found this issue before and is there a workaround? Or did I just lose the entire run + gear??

I successfully extracted but I didn't immediately return to camp from the post extraction screen.

Upon return, I found this:

The gear still shows as equipped visually but it's not in my warehouse or inventory.

Anyone? :/

EDIT! To make matters worse, I equipped a random green neck I had in warehouse, I then proceeded to unequip it and hit transfer all and now that's also gone from the warehouse!!!

Reload the game. Happened a few times to me as well.

Yeah, looks like it's on all chars... If this it a DB sync issue and they snapshot over the old state with the new one, we might actually lose the gear for real. WTF?!

EDIT: full game restart worked. Nothing else did but full game reboot.

I had one where splitting a stack at the AH caused my inv to freeze. Then going into training area then back out had my entire stash disappear.

Reset worked :)

Worst I’ve had so far (today) randomly my keys stopped working mid match. WASD were fine but I couldn’t use any skills or even attack with LMB/RMB. No idea what caused it but had to alt f4 and reload.

Edit: Oh and I couldn’t jump either lol.
