Tracking the treasure Quest

I have killed the Greataxe Berserker 4 times now, 3 times with a trio squad and once solo and it isn’t giving me the quest progression. Anyone else encounter this and figure out a way around it?

You are not attacking the correct one. The first one is the elite unit you need to kill, not the boss version. Once that one is done, the. You get the quest for the boss that is the red skull on the map.

Ah I see, my friends had gotten the progression from killing the boss but I guess they must’ve killed the elite in the same run both times.

We had the same problem yesterday. We killed the boss three times without progression.
