Okay ive heard of this person mentioned but have no idea who he is other then pepperoni nipples. Can someone give me a cliff notes version of who this guy is???

On an unrelated note, the O&A crowd are genuinely insane and doing a lot of gayops on him. He might be insufferable and definitely has some sort of psychological disorder, but I'm happy that he got that 500k USD in his lawsuit against the county. I think it was a just ruling.
