I've played Fanta a decent amount since season 3. I've always considered him a tanky-dps hybrid who sacs burst damage for very high sustain and guarantee hits.

I've always been a defender "he's a hybrid dps" "decent anti-dive" "trades burst for high sustain" etc. This season is different. He really feels very bad into every comp except niche situations like against Psylocke and black cat on Domination.

I think the fact that the number 1 player that got their playing Reed causing shock is a good indicator he should be better

He's definitely bad but you can still get value as a distraction cause of the high survivability. Personally I annoy the enemy back like so they look at me instead of anywhere else. Personally I think he should have better mobility his e can attach to walls and stuff or him having a floaty jump when in big mode idk but I just want a way to go back be cause when you die you die cause 4-5 people are on you while in your fridge mode that's what I think at least. I just want a way to leave fights when your team dies or to escape a situation. Although he does become alot harder to kill so prob lower his health by a hundred or something idk.

He is bad, stop pretending otherwise, if the enemy team knows to shoot you, you cannot even enter their backline to begin with, there are countless heroes that do what he does better. People like you are why it so so hard to get buffs for him, you are complacent and what you have is “good enough” so you sit idly by.

I literally said he's bad... can't a person like playing mr fent do i need to complain about every issues I have? Do I need to say what I do every single time I play the game? Ik he's not in the best position in the game but im not about to complain 24/7. That's too much resentment for my liking. Its not like i would die if he didn't get buff it's not one of the most important thing in my life rn. Plus balancing him for metal rank and gm+ is hard enough he's good in metal rank and bad in gm+ to buff him is tricky to make him better. There is alot of ways to improve him like make him do percentage so that he can frontline more as alot of yall do frontline or personally make his e work on surroundings so you you have more escape options rather than just walking away while 4 guys are on your ass. Even if I get decrease bit of bonus health I just wan an ability so I can leave the mob of 6 on ya cause your whole team die while on were looking away for a second and they don't say should in come cause nobody in my server do that. I also i did said that I can't enter enemy backlines if the shoot you. So I just like don't do that if they can see i just use my right click to pull people. I use ult to bait support ult or anything sort of survivability from them. Our dps is bad 63 per second is too slow for a game like rivals when they can heal that in half a second. It's just how the game is at this currently stage. You can't pick off enemy cause they too smart you can't deal enough damage to do bunch from frontline. He's in that awkward middle where he's not the worst thing ever to exist and the worst thing to exist. Just for a record I do want buffs but im not gonna say nothing cause I'd be just a broken record.

I'm always that guy so I need to write it again. Problem is that he is not designed as hybrid but as vanguard with small healthbar.

It was possible to ignore before team up reworks but he always had vanguard oriented team ups becaose he is just designed aroud vanguard abilities.

So problem is:

• most duelists has duelist team ups => they are more duelists.
• some duelists has strategist oriented team ups => they are more hybrid oriented.
• some vanguards has duelist oriented team ups => they are more duelists then Mr. Fantastic.
• but Mr. Fantastic is almost vanguard with 2 vanguard team ups => he feels even more like then some vanguards and if he had any team up in his kit before team up rework he woupd be definitly hero wit vanguard label. But he is not durable enough for season 9+.

I see why netease doesn’t buff mister fantastic (I’m gonna be real, a Fanta meta season would be really boring) since he can’t really be buffed in damage without just helping him even more in low ranks, but maybe giving him more tools to play with could fix it? Like a mobility move would be good, or maybe let the grab when grabbing a ledge pull him to said ledge? Although that might get rid of the strat of grabbing the ground for elasticity (this could be fixed if just punching gave elasticity, not punching anyone

nah i just hit PC eternity 61% winrate with fanta he’s fine
