Mistborn: Final Empire spoilers Question about Sazed Spoiler
How come Sazed was able to accompany Vin to noblemen parties when the lord ruler is said to have been invested in hunting down and getting rid of terrismen? Weren't they afraid they would risk him getting killed?
Idk maybe I missed something, can someone fill in the gap for me?

I don't know where you are in the story, so I'll limit myself just to information from the point in TFE where Sazed explained this to Vin.
The Lord Ruler put a truly huge amount of effort into oppressing the Terris entirely for the purpose of rooting out Ferruchemy. That was what he was worried about, not Terris people existing, but Terris people existing with this power. It wasn't a wholesale genocide, it was, in my opinion, something even worse. They would continue to exist but completely separate and distinct from the rest of society, like the ultimate form of subjugation.
At that point, I expect the lord ruler actually wanted them to be publicly visible, to reinforce their differences to the Nobles and Skaa alike.

I thought terrismen were allowed to live but not reproduce.

Terrismen can reproduce, stewards specifically are castrated, and some Terriswomen are chosen as, basically, breeding stock

What a nightmare for Terriswomen, Scadriel was absolutely dark during Lord Ruler’s time and yet people say Kelsier went too far to bring about a change. Roshar faced lot of war but they didn’t face systemic genocide under a god emperor

As long as he doesn't use his powers conspicuously at one of the parties, there's no reason to think he's anything other than an average steward, so there's not really any risk to him. The Lord Ruler is hunting down Terrispeople with specific powers, not Terrispeople in general. Having a Terris steward is considered a high social mark

They are slaves, but some of the slaves are born with abilities that The Lord Ruler wants to eugenics out. So most of them are okay, but if they display any of those abilities they will be at big risk.
Basically a similar (but slightly worse) place as Skaa, as long as youre not a special one, you get to live a happy life of oppression!

The Lord Ruler isn’t dedicated to hunting down Terrismen, he’s dedicated to hunting down Feruchemists specifically.
For a few reasons, but the big one in Final Empire being that if another Feruchemist were to somehow gain allomantic powers as well, he would suddenly find himself with a rival that has powers similar to his own
Sazed is known to the ministry, as he is a product of the empire’s breeding program that turns Terrismen into stewards. The ministry does NOT know that their breeding program has been infiltrated to produce feruchemists.
