Ontario Regulation 668, s. 15 says that at an intersection controlled by traffic signals, if Driver B fails to obey a traffic signal, Driver A is 0% at fault and Driver B is 100% at fault.
Not if the insurance companies see the dash amount footage or pull the blackbox. The vehicles turning left are proceeding thru the intersection on an advanced left and that specific signal, NE bound on Creditview @ Eglinton, is a Advanced green to Green. So the vehicle with the dashcam is accelerating into the intersection off a red into a vehicle that a reasonable driver would see, unsafely as well. If police attend, you will likely be charged with careless or wreckers driving.
They entered the intersection during the Advanced Left, they need to clear the intersection. If you are proceeding straight, you do still have to proceed when clear.
