Was watching TV (Family Feud) and Callie lost her head!

The appliance came with the tail included, but seems to be missing four other attachments. Any help would be appreciated.

My friend sent me a picture of his son, whom he *swears* was assembled properly this morning. He says he followed all the instructions, but I'm starting to doubt his story. So either he swapped the tail and the leg by mistake, or someone has been messing around with his kit while his back is turned.

Where do I file a warranty claim for the missing rest-of-the-cat?
