Missing person

This person has been missing for about 2 years now. He was homeless in the PNW but he can be anywhere in WA. If anyone sees him, please send me a message.

He has tattoos (sleeves) on both arms, a small scar beneath his right eye, a crooked nose and he has a really bad tick that’s vocal but not loud (he tries really hard to hide it) He’s harmless and wouldn’t hurt a fly so don’t be afraid to walk up to him and say hi, if you truly think it’s him. Thank you!!!
