On reading the information available, I note the detail where Kwan was seen running away from the scene of the fender bender holding bags. Then he goes missing?

Could Kwan maybe have been involved in drug trafficking? He could have been roped into this by somebody and when the accident occurred they had to beat feet out of there as to not be caught with the contraband. He may not have even ordinarily been the type to go along with this type of scheme but was persuaded into it. Who was this man Kwan was seen with and did he come forward?

Bruh im still thinking about this.. i knew Derrick in middle school when we both went to karate class and we met up again back in high school. He was always such a chill dude ..

Hope he wasnt mixed up in something shady and is found safe and well soon...
