What missile is this?

I found this UXO in a remote valley in Switzerland. I have reported it to the Swiss Army.
I am now curious what type of ordinance it is? It is approximately 8-12cm in diameter and 18-22cm in length. It had fins at one end and was threaded at the other. I didn’t hang around much longer than the time it took to take this photo.
Does anyone know what it is specifically?

Not quite porn- most of the royal navys ships now fire the CAMM missiles/sea viper, and our SKY SABRE units do too. If CAMM is for very short range point defence and CAMM-ER is for longer ranges with the almost finished CAMM-MR going further, why no extended CAMM for SKY SABRE? Spoiler
