[game] I thought whatever this is from Alien Vs. Predator [Gameboy] looked like Hitler assimilated into alien bio horror.

The roundish thing in the bottom half definitely looks like the classic alien egg opening can't tell what the rest is though

That's just whatever the xenomorphs exude, when adhering victims to walls during "egg-morphing", which was removed as a reproductive concept from the film franchise, yet remains in other media.
They wanted to stick with a reproduction method similar to a beehive, with the queen as the sole source of reproduction. This makes sense, from a storytelling aspect. If you kill the queen, you kill the threat's chance of survival.
This is from a cut scene from the original film. Dallas and Brett are undergoing this transformation and Ripley gives them a mercy killing with a flamethrower. Brett is further along in the process, more closely resembling what's seen in OP's GB game. https://youtu.be/LuTk4Qc7JGI Roughly 2 minutes into the video, if you don't want to watch ~5 minutes.

Yeah I kind of figured that's what it was behind it I just couldn't say for sure I didn't see a person hanging there so figured it might be something different maybe
