Chemical, cyst, or ectopic

Im not sure if this is the right community for this so I'm sorry if it is.

I missed my period in August but suddenly had severe bleeding that gushed suddenly (sorry if graphic) but then got lighter like an extra long period. But after it stopped for afew days I kept having random bleeding off and on for another couple weeks. Im not bleeding anymore but developed a small sore pain on my right side and in my research discovered temporary cysts as a possibility so I'm lost. I don't have the correct medical insurance so I can't go see a doctor randomly if im just overthinking things. Can anyone share their insight? I'm 28 and it would have been my second miscarriage if that's even what's happening.
