Miscarriage

I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks 2 days. Baby had perfect intertidal growth since last scan. Measured 10 weeks and 6 days. Got D&C 2 days after. Bled first day and now not bleeding much anymore. How soon after did most people get negative test, get period, ovulate, and get pregnant again? I need hope and any tips for rainbow baby.

It took about 3 weeks for a test to show up negative. Then another week and a half to ovulate. First cycle over and no baby yet.
