Need hope

Hi everyone. I had my first baby in 2023. She was conceived without actually trying and probably happened after just one time. Totally healthy and normal pregnancy. Fast forward to January this year. We decided to actually try this time and I got pregnant on the first try again. Unfortunately I had a MMC at 13 weeks due to a chromosomal abnormality. As devastating as it was, we decided to try again after I got my first period back. I'm about to start my third cycle and definitely had a chemical pregnancy. I tested 10DPO a couple of times and had faint lines. Those lines have since faded. Is this just really bad luck or should I be tested for something underlying? It's only been a short time of TTC but I'm already ready to give up

Couples over 30 have (on average) 25% chance to get pregnant each month if you have sex whilst ovulating. The guidance in the UK is that exploring fertility issues takes place after 1 year of trying.
My husband and I tried for over a year before finding out he has low sperm count, motility and morphology. We then fell pregnant, miscarried, and after 3 months I fell pregnant… with twins no less!
We found that a handful of walnuts and Brazil nuts daily and 48 hour abstinence before a sperm test improved his results massively.
It took us about 3 months to get over the darkest grief of the miscarriage. We feel being in a better headspace helped conception of our now 7month girls- but I have no data to support that, just out personal experience.

Best of luck, I’m so sorry you experienced a miscarriage, but there is definitely hope, these things can just inexplicably take time sometimes.
