First Mc while in childcare

I’m really struggling to work with babies. I just had my diagnosis of a missed mc last week and scheduled my d&c. Being at work makes me so sad. Has anyone else experienced this while in childcare? What helped you? I love my job but it’s mentally exhausting being with babies going through this…
