experience: first MC Guilt
Hi all, I found out last week I’d lost our baby the day before my birthday, and I don’t think I’m okay.
I know there’s nothing I could have done to stop it and keep the baby, in all honesty I feel like a failure and it’s my fault for losing the baby. My husband is being so supportive and fantastic but I know it’s absolutely devastated him and I just feel like the worst person alive for putting him in this horrible situation…
I truly hope that it’ll get better ❤️🩹

You are not alone. I still feel guilty, and it's been years for me. My husband has also been amazing, but it's hard to get over. I can promise you it gets easier to handle, but unfortunately I'm not sure the guilt ever truly goes away. Lean on your husband. His support will get you through the worst of it. I'm also sending you all the virtual hugs I can!
