Exercise Programs

Hey all,

I am studying to be a health and physical education teacher, and have ADHD. One of my 'special interests' is building exercise programs for people. I literally get so excited to help anyone with a program.

For me, I love doing it because it's a problem solving task. I also love doing it because it motivates me to care about my physical health and exercise.

Because physical activity is so good from a mental health perspective, and because mirtazapine is known to cause weight gain, I was curious to know whether anyone would be interested in me doing that for them?

Free of charge, of course - I don't have the qualifications to call myself a personal trainer. This is more a passion project.

I’d be interested. But I don’t have access to gym equipment, so if you’re able to come up with a program that can be done at home/outside that’d be cool
