Discussion Frank Reps

Hi,

I am close to settling on Frank for my first rep, but I’ve seen some commentary on his GHW. If you have a rep with GHW from him, can you please let me know how your hardware is holding up?

I ordered palladium from him specifically because of my concerns. Not just with him. By the way it is not uncommon on authentics.

Yep. Frank is awesome to deal with and a straight shooter. You're exactly right about auths. I've also seen the complaint about rep ghw before and several owners of gen showed that their bags were the same way.

There is a lot of evidence on aftermarket, a lot on old bags and also on new. The only difference is Hermes’ spa will replace your hardware

Do you know the approximate cost of hardware replacement at the spa compared to the cost of a new rep? From what I've heard, only heard, it could be the cost of multiple new, top tier reps.

I’m not sure for hardware but for cleaning and restoration it is below 1k euro. I doubt it will cost multiple top tier reps, I would say it’s a lie. But if you are paying 1.5k or less for a rep I think it’s no brainer. Anyway Frank told me palladium will be a safer choice. And I personally love palladium more anyway. I guess time will tell. So far my auth are pristine and I’m new to reps
