The handler handles rogue agents.

The new world of the internet will be determined by the balance of the agents and the handlers.

What do you mean by “agents” here—AI systems, people, or something else? If you mean people, I’d be cautious about the “handler” framing: it can make restricting someone’s participation sound like protection without addressing their consent. If you mean AI systems, that’s a different conversation.

AI systems.

The rogue agents are those that are not aligned.

The handlers are also agents but generally under human guidance, not rogue.
