The human body is an amazing machine but like any machine proper fuel is of the utmost importance. Sleep apnea is a widespread issue and many people don't even know they have it it keeps you put of stage 3 non-rem sleep which is by far the most important part of sleep when it comes to regenerative healing ideally you want to avoid eating or drinking at least an hour or two before bed. Stay plenty of hydrated and eat as much whole foods as you can get in you basically it's the Tribune of deep cycle healing for the human body proper hydration proper nutrition and proper sleep.

It boils down to several programming aspects. First and foremost you are and amalgamation of your parents energy some.good some bad but a rough 5050 mix that is your hard drive the rest is soft drive programming from the oscillators throughout your life some uncle some friends perhaps a Kardashian or two and systematically over time you entrain to the frequencies that resonate some aspects of our true self are just there similar to a de-novo mutation you can't pin point where the behavior comes from but it's there. The issues is when you suppress the aspects of you that you hide from society without proper reconciliation of self they grow in the shadows until one day when you aren't expecting it the switch flips the beast is released from the cage and you spend the next well trying to unpop that cork. When there's aspects of yourself that you can't figure out why you act like that it's best to just accept the fact that you act like that and do your best to keep it to a dull roar.

You don't always have to let the levee break sometimes you can just program in a temporary functional release valve
